Prairieland Real Estate Company was founded in 2004 as an alternative to high commission big box Real Estate Brokerage firms. We are a full service boutique firm offering flexible services, personal attention, and expert advice tailored to your needs.  Every Real Estate transaction is unique - We will work with you to determine the proper scope for your transaction utilizing the latest in technology to research and market your property.  No matter the scope, our team of experts will assist you throughout your transaction - from listing (or offer) to closing.  Our commission and fees are based only on your transaction needs - saving you thousands of dollars.


We work with a number of elite quality custom home builders who, in addition to selling their homes, are often interested in purchasing properties "as-is" and can save you a substantial amount in commissions and time with a quick, non-contingent closing.
